Beyond Real Estate Dan Grieb takes his leadership skills further as a coach along with his passion of fitness. One of his life highlights has been leading Chris Nikic who was the first person with down syndrome to complete an Ironman triathlon in under 17 hours. Dan culminated this journey by accomplishing his ultimate physical goal as a triathlete: completing 13 half Ironman races (70.3 miles ) and 5 full Ironman races (140.6 miles ) and over 100 marathons, half marathons, ocean marathons and triathlons. Dan is living proof that life is truly 90% what you make of it. This journey has changed his life forever and taught him life lessons that he will carry with him and apply to his future coaching, professional and personal relationships.

Dan Grieb: mentor, leader, real estate agent extraordinaire, Ironman, and most of all, devoted father and husband. He has been blessed with two amazing sons and a loving supportive wife who helped cofound their passion project: the One More Kid Charity. The charities mission is to return dignity to children and families who would otherwise fall through the cracks and be left behind. One More Kid’s flagship event is Operation Save Christmas. The charity returns dignity to children works through Christmas and the overall year by purchasing schools supplies, providing scholarships, provide field trip opportunities, donate school clothing, and so much more.
